GFC presents its 3rd Annual Golf Tournament at the Golf Club of Florissant.

Proceeds benefit the Carl A. Lucas, Sr. Scholarship Fund.

1. Pay by mail:
Click on the .pdf 'registration form below. Print. Complete the pertinent information requested. Mail completed form & payment to the address requested.

2. Electronic Payment:
Click on the .pdf 'registration form below. On the 'contact us' segment to the right, enter the pertinent requested information from the 'registration form' (i.e. Purchaser's name & phone #, team member name(s), choice of sponsor/$ amount, contributor/$amount, Team Entry (4 golfers) /$amount, Golfer/$amount) and submit. Then make a payment by clicking the 'make a donation' button. To ensure proper registration with your payment please verify ALL registration information before submission.
